How long does it take to receive my order?

Products are made to your exact dimensions in five business days, then shipped via UPS or FedEx. Most US addresses receive in 7-10 business days from order.

How do I measure my windows?

For inside-mount: measure the inside width and height of the window opening to the nearest 1/8 inch. For outside-mount: include the trim plus 2 inches of overlap on each side. Detailed guides for each product family are on the PDP.

What if my window is an odd shape or size?

We make windows up to 144 inches wide and 144 inches tall in a single piece. For arched, octagonal, or skylight windows, contact us with a photo and rough dimensions and we'll quote custom.

Can I see the product before I buy?

Two ways: use the AI configurator for a photoreal preview in your own room, or order eight free fabric samples shipped via priority mail in three days.

What is your warranty?

Lifetime limited warranty on every product against manufacturing defects, motor failure (for motorized products), and color fade. Excludes damage from normal wear, water, or installation errors.

Can I install these myself?

Yes. Every product ships with a step-by-step installation video and the screws/brackets needed. Most products take 15-30 minutes per window with a screwdriver and a level. We don't currently offer in-home installation.

Do you ship to Canada or internationally?

US only at this stage. Canadian and international shipping is on the roadmap.

What if a product arrives damaged?

Photograph the package and write to us within seven days of delivery. We replace damaged products at no cost.
