The small print, written plainly.
WindowBrand is operated by WindowBrand Inc., a Delaware corporation. Orders are governed by US law and the consumer-protection rules of the state of delivery. Prices are in US dollars and include manufacturing, materials, and packaging. Shipping, taxes, and (where applicable) installation are calculated at checkout.
Shipping
Free standard shipping to all 50 US states for orders over $99. Two-day expedited shipping available at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.
Manufacturing time
Made-to-order products ship in five business days from order. In-stock fabric samples ship within one business day.
Warranty
Lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects, motor failure, and color fade. Excludes damage from wear, water, or installation errors.
Cookies and tracking
We use first-party cookies to remember your cart and your AI configurator preview. We use anonymized analytics to improve the site. We do not sell your data and do not run third-party tracking pixels.
Liability
Standard limit-of-liability terms apply. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for property damage caused by installation errors performed by the customer.
