Made-to-measure is final sale — but we will fix our mistakes.
Because every WindowBrand product is cut to your specific dimensions, we cannot accept returns of correctly-made products. This is the trade-off of custom: it fits your window exactly, but it doesn't fit anyone else's.
Free remake guarantee
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, the wrong color, or measurements that don't match your order — we remake it free, ship it priority, and dispose of the original at our cost. Write to us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
Mis-measured by you
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we offer a 30% discount on a remake. We will not refund the original product (it's already made to your specs and unsellable).
Motor failures and color fade
Covered under the lifetime warranty. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, no shipping charge to you.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the carton and the product, write to us within seven days, we replace at no cost.
